Ok I understand only 20 8ga Lefervers have been recorded/discovered. I would love to see pictures of any 8’s you own. Always interested in buying a 8ga Lefever. Craig Larter

IMG_0324Best of luck to you Craig, they are out there… A very respectable E grade 8 bore, was sold about 5 years ago on the Virginia coast,  Cheseapeake, or VA beach…  for $3600..  I would have paid it in a heartbeat… unfortunately rural living and limited Wifi access left me hanging.

I found this one 15 years ago.. I forgot what a cannon it is!!   almost 16 pounds when loaded! My wife does not laugh when she tells the story of how I got up at 2 am to drive to the McDonalds to have wifi in order to bid on the late night auction.  She negatively places my attitudue relative to the 2-3 am trip to the hospital for our first child’s birth.  I am not sure I am being judged fairly!
